Investment Associate - Analyst / Portfolio Manager

PM Capital is looking for an individual to join our investment team, working closely with our CIO, Paul Moore.
 
The objective will be to identify genuine investment opportunities to invest both our internal and client capital.
 
You must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for investing, consistent with our own investment philosophy and process. You will require the ability to be direct and concise in your communication, pro-active in your investment research, be accountable and most importantly, possess inherent instincts consistent with your custodial responsibilities as the guardian of clients funds. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience as an analyst and/or portfolio manager.

Sales Director

PM Capital is looking for highly motivated and energetic Business Development Managers who are seeking an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the next phase of the firm’s growth.
 
The objective will be to broaden the firm’s distribution channels, build relationships with the financial planning community across Australia and to encourage intermediaries to recommend our investment strategies to their clients.
 
Reporting to the Head of Distribution and working with the broader sales and marketing team, the successful candidate will able to articulate each of our investment strategies in detail and possess positive inter-personal skills. Experience in the distribution of financial services, provision of financial advice or portfolio construction, combined with evidence of the ability to influence advisers/clients through both technical based discussion and personal interaction, will be key attributes.  Existing RG146 qualifications including Securities, FX, Derivatives and Managed Investment Schemes are essential.
 
You must be self-starter with a demonstrated passion for identifying new business opportunities, booking appointments, conducting structured presentations, servicing client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
